In response to their own contrived fear-mongering about the “threat” of measles, corrupt legislators in New York State have passed an egregious new bill that eliminates all religious exemptions from vaccination, denying New Yorkers the religious liberty that’s guaranteed to them in the United States Constitution.
According to reports, the Senate voted 36-26, while the Assembly voted 77-53, to scrap all opt-out provisions for vaccines in the Empire State, save for those issued directly by doctors for medical reasons. And Andrew Cuomo, who sees nothing wrong with murdering babies both inside and outside the womb, is fully onboard with this tyranny.
“The science is crystal clear: Vaccines are safe, effective and the best way to keep our children safe,” Cuomo declared, while being not at all concerned with the safety of children whose lives are forcibly ended through the horrific practices of full-term abortion and infanticide, both of which are now fully legal in New York State with Cuomo’s blessing.
“This administration has taken aggressive action to contain the measles outbreak, but given its scale, additional steps are needed to end this public health crisis,” he added, like any good Big Pharma jackboot.

When pressed about how this new law directly violates the religious freedoms of New Yorkers, Cuomo violated his own oath of office as an alleged “public servant” by declaring that his “first job” is to “protect the public health,” which in his mind means “signing this measure into law.”

“We will help prevent further transmissions and stop this outbreak right in its tracks,” this baby-murderer went on to contend, having the audacity to add in the same breath that he “understand[s]” and “respect[s] freedom of religion.”
This big government power grab is, of course, completely unconstitutional, which is why plaintiffs including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his Children’s Health Defense organization are filing a series of lawsuits against New York State for violating the religious liberty of local residents.
If the tenets of this new bill go unchallenged, unvaccinated students throughout New York will have to be vaccinated with Merck & Co.’s MMR vaccine for measles, mumps, and rubella within 30 days, otherwise they won’t be allowed to go to school.
“On April 15, 2019, a legal challenge was filed in the New York State Trial Court by Robert Krakow, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Patricia Finn against the New York City Department of Health and Human Hygiene for their forced Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccination,” a formal announcement from Children’s Health Defense reads.
“The legal team asked for a temporary restraining order against the mandate that the Judge will likely review and provide an ex parte decision. Children’s Health Defense is supporting these efforts.”

It’s important to keep in mind that, in addition to not being allowed to attend school, unvaccinated children and their parents also face “criminal and civil fines, including imprisonment” for non-compliance with New York’s new authoritarian directive.
“Only those with documented immunity, medical contraindications or infants under six months are exempt from the vaccine mandate,” Children’s Health Defense explains.
